Service

iGameFree provides free browser games, including our own games, licensed self-hosted games, and games supplied by third-party distribution partners such as GamePix. Games may be changed, removed, interrupted, or updated without notice.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Break applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass advertising, security, access controls, or game restrictions.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit games or site content without permission or an applicable license.
• Introduce malware, overload the service, or interfere with other visitors.

Third-Party Content

Game publishers retain the rights to their games and related assets. iGameFree does not claim ownership of third-party games. Embedded games, advertisements, and external links may be governed by additional third-party terms.

Advertising

Some third-party embedded games may show ads before or during gameplay. Our site-hosted no-ad game versions do not include game-internal advertising. We do not endorse every advertised product and are not responsible for transactions made with advertisers.

Availability and Disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every game will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGameFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or third-party games.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
